Alginates are naturally derived polysaccharides that are extracted from brown seaweed sustainably harvested off the Norwegian coastline. Alginates have many useful properties such as thickening, gelling, and providing encapsulation. This provides utility for many applications such as coatings, inks, agricultural suspensions, fragrances, cleaners, and more.
