Lattice® NT-100 is a microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) powder with an average particle size of 100 µm. It is primarily used as a binder in agrochemicals as an adjuvant and in industrial tableting.
Lattice® NT-100 is a microcrystalline cellulose powder that is a binder with an average particle size of 100 µm. It is an excellent dry binder frequently used in both dry granulation and direct compression for tableting. For tablet formulations, adding Lattice® NT-100 at 20%–50% by weight of the final product is recommended. Lattice® NT-100 can also be used as a process aid in wet granulation processes to control the granule particle size formation.
Lattice® NT-100 also behaves as a disintegrant, is nontoxic, and is EPA exempt. Therefore, it is an excellent adjuvant to include in agrochemical extrudates, pesticide tablets, and water-dispersible granules. For agrochemical adjuvant applications, adding Lattice® NT-100 at 5%–50% by weight is recommended and is only approved in industrial, nonfood, and nonpharmaceutical applications.
