TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA is commonly used when blending with solid ingredients before water dissolution is preferred. It is based on CMC polymer supplied in powder form.
TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA is suitable when dry blend with solids is required. It is also a high purity grade, which makes it ideal for batteries, ceramics, animal feed products. It can also be used in cleaners, paper, and textiles, and plastic extrusion processes.
Electronics and Batteries: TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA is used as a binder to improve viscosity, suspension, and binding of the actives and conducting additives. It also improves adhesion and drying speed when used in the graphite coat.
Ceramic Applications: TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA provides improved plasticity and cracks resistance to ceramics. It can be used in ceramics for displays and multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC).
TEXTURECEL™ 1000 PA can also be used in animal feed products, packaging, textiles, and consumer applications when food grade approval and thickening are required.
