TEXTURECEL™ 20000 GA is a granular form Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) with a viscosity of 20,000 cps.
TEXTURECEL™ 20000 GA can be used applications when a higher viscosity range is required. It is more commonly used in adhesives, ceramics, cleaners, electronics, ice packs, printing Inks and paper applications.
Adhesives: TEXTURECEL™ 20000 GA improves viscosity, rheology, and stability of adhesives formulations.
Ceramics: TEXTURECEL™ 20000 GA is used in clay bodies to improve green strength and plasticity. It is also used in tiles and glazes for improved binding properties.
Cleaning solutions: TEXTURECEL™ 20000 GA is commonly used in cleaners and detergents when a higher viscosity levels are required.
Gel Packs and Absorbents: TEXTURECEL™ 20000 GA is ideal for absorbent pads, gel and cool packs for its high viscosity, non-toxic profile and high capability of gel formation.
Paper: TEXTURECEL™ 20000 GA is used in specialty paper as a coating to provide oil resistance to food-contact packaging paper.
