TEXTURECEL™ 60000 GA 07 is a water-soluble cellulosic polymer that features a low substitution degree of 0.7. It offers excellent gelling thickening properties with a viscosity of 60,000 cP.

Applications

TEXTURECEL™ 60000 GA 07 is a high viscosity, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose polymers. It offers a high viscosity and low level of substitution, which provides higher stability, gloss, and salt tolerance.

  • Gel Packs and Absorbents: TEXTURECEL™ 60000 GA 07 is regularly used in absorbent pads, gel, and cool packs to provide non-toxic and high-density gel formation. It is also preferred over other polymer chemistries when green profile and food contact approval are required such as food packaging and medical application.

  • Ceramics: TEXTURECEL™ 60000 GA 07 can be used in ceramic glaze application for improved thickening, stability, and gloss. It also used in ceramic tiles to improve plasticity and cracking resistance.
