Adhesives: METHOCEL™ K15M Food Grade can be used in food contact adhesives. It functions as a film former, thickener, and binder in water-based formulations. It provides wet-tack, quick set, fast dry and oil resistance to various types of adhesives.
Ceramics: METHOCEL™ K15M Food Grade functions as thickener, binder, and rheology modifier in ceramics, extrusion, and casting. It also provides lubricity, smoother surfaces and prevents sag or deformation.
Coatings: METHOCEL™ K15M Food Grade provides an improved thickening and soft gelling in a wide range of coating applications. It also improves workability, stability, and water retention in formulations.
